Below is an overview of rental rates for different periods. The house is available for stays of at least 61 nights (2 months).

The security deposit is € 1.000,00.

Deposit Return: We’ll return your security deposit once your tenancy ends, as long as the property is left in good condition, all keys have been returned, and any outstanding rent, utility bills, or repair costs have been paid. We’ll arrange a final inspection to check everything before processing your refund.

Pets allowed after request

Smoking indoors and parties are not permitted.

Please keep things quiet during the evening and early morning, and be mindful of the neighbors. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or unregistered guests may lead to additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.
